13RUSHES' SIX MONTHS WARRANTY

Your 13rushes-branded product (“Product”) is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”).

Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to 13rushes even in situations where you purchased the Product from an Authorised Reseller. 

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, 13rushes, at its option will (1) repair the Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the Product with a product with equivalent functionality formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or with your consent, a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the product it replaces. 

Refunds will not be issued for manufacturing defects.

This warranty excludes normal wear and tear of the product from usage unless the failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

Stocks available on 13rushes.com or at our Resellers may not reflect the stock available for an exchange.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects up to 6 months after original purchase date, regardless of how many times it has been used. 13rushes reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim request at our discretion.

 

BEFORE YOU MAKE A CLAIM – UNDERSTANDING HANDCRAFTED BRUSHES

All 13rushes' brushes are handcrafted--no two items will be identical. We’re proud of the artisan craftsmanship of our tools and expect some variation in the end products. 

Some slight bristle shedding experienced in a new brush may happen as loose hair may not have been combed out completely after they have been assembled. Slight initial shedding of a few strands of fibre is normal. But not to worry, this shedding issue is likely to be temporary and will cease once you wash and reshape your brush before your first use. Speak to us if there is excessive shedding of the brush, we're here to help!

We ship worldwide and work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. While we pack our items with great care, your parcel may have gone through a slightly bumpy journey on its way to you. So if you notice that your brush heads have become misshapen in transit, simply restore them to their intended shape by dipping the bristles in hot water of 70 degree celcius (do not exceed 80 degrees celcius!) and reshaping them before the first use. 

 

 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

With use, your tools will experience wear and tear over time. Damage caused by regular use will not be covered by this warranty, including, but not limited to, faded or stained bristles and handles, scratched handles or ferrules, and rubbed-off logos or product names.

We will not replace misused or abused products, including, but not limited to, dented or crushed products. 13rushes will not replace products that have not been properly cared for, including, but not limited to, excessive product build-up within brush bristles.

Makeup, Blending sponges, and Brush Soaps are not included in our warranty. 

Our brush bags and pouches are not covered by our 2-year warranty.

GWPs are not eligible for warranty.

 

 

WARRANTY CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

If your product has failed due to manufacturing defect, we are here to help. Our Customer Service Team will assist you with each step. There are a few things will make it easier for us to process your warranty claim. With the rise of imitations of our branded products, we would require a proof of purchase for your warranty claims. Examples of proof of purchase include email confirmation invoice number from 13rushes.com, or a physical receipt from the Authorized Retailer. We track replacements by invoice, and will replace a manufacturing defect tool a maximum of 2 times.

Photo of defect is required. If defect cannot be detected via email, the item may be required to be mailed to our Customer Service for inspection. Kindly wash your brushes before sending a photo of defect, as product on brushes may impair our ability to detect your claim.
