Terms & Conditions

We are on a mission to make shopping easy and enjoyable for you! We encourage you to review the following terms and conditions before making a purchase. The act of procuring our merchandises and services from www.13rushes.com, is your acknowledgement of the following terms and conditions. Hence it is implied that at the point of purchase, you have understood these terms and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

 

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

  • Once orders have been placed and payment has been made, 13rushes is unable to change/cancel orders upon any customer's request. Kindly ensure that the correct item has been paid for and the mailing address has been correctly inputted before making payment. 
  • Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays in Singapore.
  • 13rushes will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer opt for normal/ regular postage. 


DEFECTIVE ITEM(S) RECEIVED
  • Please drop us a mail at support@13rushes.com within 10 working days from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email. Include your contact details, order confirmation number and a close-up shot of the defective area in your email.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is certified defective by us. 13rushes will reimburse the additional postage costs should we need you to mail the defective item(s) back to us and we will thereafter provide free normal shipping of the exchanged item back to you.
  • Cash refund are only processed when the exact item is out of stock. 
  • We will only proceed to exchange a defective item only if the item was purchased directly from us.
  • All exchanges will be done via mailing only.

 

 

INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED

  • Please drop us a mail at support@13rushes.com within 10 working days from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email. Include your contact details, order confirmation number and a snapshot of the incorrect item.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is certified incorrect by us. 13rushes will reimburse the additional postage costs should we need you to mail the incorrect item(s) back to us and we will thereafter provide free normal shipping of the correct item back to you.
  • Cash refund are only processed when the exact item is out of stock.
  • We will only proceed to exchange an incorrect item only if the item was purchased directly from us.
  • All exchanges will be done via mailing only.

RETURNS
  • Returns are only applicable to individual brushes sold separately, brush kits and brush cups. This will exclude brush cleansing solutions.
  • Returns will only be done for item(s) in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered). The request for return of item(s) which does not meet all above mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
  • Request for a return by dropping us an email at support@13rushes.com, including your contact details, order confirmation number and reason for return. We will give you more details on how to send the item(s) back to us.
  • Any request for return has to be done within 10 working days from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
  • The additional cost of postage to our address will be borne by the customer. Kindly mail the item back to us via Registered Mail/ Courier and retain the receipt/tracking number until you have received a confirmation from us regarding the receipt of your parcel.
  • Upon approving a request for return, 13rushes will reserve the right to either  
    • Replace the product with a new item of the same price as the original order, or
    • Full refund in credit for use on 13rushes.com
  • Credit given for use on 13rushes.com will only be valid for 30 days. 
  • No cash refund is allowed.
  • We will only proceed to approve a return request only if the item was purchased directly from us.
  • All returns will be done via mailing only.

 

PAYMENT 

  • All payments will be processed by the Paypal Payment Gateway
  • Modes of payment accepted are:
    • Paypal payments
    • Debit and Credit card payments via Visa or Mastercard
  • Payment has to be made immediately upon checkout for the order to be confirmed.
  • Once payment is made, order is final and any cancellation/changes to order will be declined. 

PRODUCTS
  • Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of the individual's computer. Also it might appear slightly different in reality due to variable studio lighting used.
  • 13rushes will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accept any request for exchanges/returns.

13rushes reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions
