13rushes Makeup Services Policy

1. Trial Sessions:
Trial sessions are specifically for finalizing your makeup look for your wedding day and are not intended for use during pre-wedding shoots or other events. If allowed for such purposes, it is a special gesture of goodwill and does not alter our standard terms or refund policies.

2. Deposits and Bookings:
To secure your wedding date with 13rushes, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit confirms your booking and blocks out our time exclusively for your event. As such, deposits are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation or changes to your event. Please note that we do not accept "soft bookings"; your booking is confirmed only once the deposit is received.

3. Balance Payment and Satisfaction Policy:
Full payment is due on the day of your event. If you’re not satisfied with the makeup look, please let us know immediately. To qualify for any waiver of the remaining balance, the makeup should be removed on the spot. Makeup and hair done by our artist(s) should not be used for your event or any photo-taking.

4. Timing Confirmation:
Once your appointment timing is confirmed during deposit collection, it may not be changeable due to other appointments scheduled before or after yours. We recommend confirming your preferred timing before paying the deposit to avoid any scheduling issues.

5. Final Approval and Feedback:
We welcome your feedback during trial sessions to ensure the makeup meets your expectations. Once the makeup is approved during the trial, the look is considered final, and changes after this point do not qualify for refunds.

6. Refunds and Cancellations:
Refunds are not available for makeup services once they have been provided, including trial sessions. All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable as they secure your date and our professional time commitment.

7. Changes and Adjustments:
We’re happy to make minor adjustments post-service when possible. Major changes requested outside the scope of the original agreement may incur additional charges, but this does not entitle the client to refunds or complimentary services.

8. Event Changes:
If your event date, time, or location changes, please notify 13rushes as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, although availability cannot always be guaranteed, and some changes may involve extra fees.

9. Liability:
Your comfort and safety are important to us. Please inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities before the service. 13rushes cannot be held liable for allergic reactions resulting from products used during the service.

10. Payment Terms:
We kindly ask that all balances be settled on the event date. Payment details will be outlined in your booking confirmation, and timely payment helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for your special day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
