"Functionality aside, what I really love about the brushes is that they're handmade, cruelty-free, gentle on the skin (I've sensitive skin and these brushes don't feel prickly on the skin at all!), and last but not least, we have to support our local businesses right!!

I'm also impressed that after so many uses and washes, most of my brushes from the set of seven are still in mighty good condition today... ~2 years later!"

HER FAVORITES

"For my daily work make-up these days, I'll only use a makeup brush to apply my blush. 

This angled blush brush is perfect for sweeping your daily pinks / corals along your cheekbones or jawline! I also feel that the bristles pick up the color very easily, often in one or two sweeps!"

Oval Blush- $18.90

"On days where I prefer slightly more color on my cheeks, especially the apples of my cheeks, this oval blush comes into use. 

It can also double up as a brush for applying highlighter!"

Powder Puffer- $24

"Another brush that I bought separately is this powder puffer which, as the name suggests, puffs the powder! I think it works equally well with either loose or compact powder. I tend to use this when I need to set my make-up for events or special occasions. Otherwise, I'm too lazy to use any foundation / powder nowadays 😝"
