HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

It's really simple! To place an order, first select the products that you would like to purchase and "Add to Cart". Once you have added all the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, you proceed to review cart by clicking the 'Continue to Cart' button. After you have reviewed your shopping cart, you may proceed to pay by clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.



 

 

What should I do if I am unable to place an order?
Fret not! Just drop us an email at support@13rushes.com and we will be glad to assist you with any problems you encounter while placing an order.

Do I need to have an account to start purchasing?
No, you are not required to register for an account to start purchasing with us. However, having an account with us allows you to save your mailing addresses with us. This allows for a faster checkout during your next visit.

I have a discount code, how can I use it in paying for my orders?
Simply quote the code under "Discount Code" which can be found at the Checkout Page. 


What types of payments are accepted?
Currently we accept the following payment method:

  • PayPal transfer
  • Debit/Credit card payment through the Paypal platform.
  • Internet Banking: Kindly make an ibank transfer to DBS eSavings Plus Account 003-8-104991


Do I need a PayPal account to purchase items?
No. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay through your credit/debit card through the PayPal platform. 

 

Where can i fill in details of my i-banking transaction?

For all payments made via internet banking to DBS eSavings Plus Account 003-8-104991:

Your payment status will be updated accordingly with the receipt of your payment. Click here to access your customer account.

Do note that payment status will not be updated via email notifications.
